Jeju Air Launches Incheon - Da Nang Flights
Jeju Air, the low-cost airline based in Jeju City, South Korea, officially launched direct flights on the Seoul – Da Nang route on 3rd December. The first flight operated by the Korean carrier carrying 176 passengers on board, landed at Da Nang International Airport at 0:35 AM.

The direct Seoul – Da Nang route is Jeju Air’s second direct air route into Viet Nam, after Ha Noi. The carrier will utilise 189-seat Boeing 737-800 aircrafts for all of its flights. Each day, the 7C2903 flight will depart Incheon at 21:30 PM and arrive in Da Nang at 0:35 AM the following day, whilst the return flight 7C2904 will leave Da Nang at 1:30 AM and arrive in Incheon at 7:50 AM.
Jeju Air is the 7th airline to offer air services between Da Nang and South Korea, and there are now a total 39 flights per week.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Vice Director of the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tran Chi Cuong said that the number of Korean tourists arriving in Da Nang so far this year has reached 200,000, up 30% compared with the same period last year. He added that South Korea provides the second highest number of international visitors to the city after China.
“We have prepared well for the launch of the air route. We hope all passengers will be satisfied with our flight service and aim to build a brand focused on safety, efficiency and savings,” Lee Seok-joo, Jeju Air’s Commercial Director said at the event.
Jeju Air, which was founded in 2005, manages a fleet of 20 Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
