The CDO is responsible for the ABBANK and use of data as an organizational - and strategic - asset. This role is to acquire and manage the capabilities needed to drive ABBANK innovation, transformation and market-facing competitive advantage through the usage of data and analytics.

CHIEF BUSINESS GOAL OF THE CDO
- CDOs is controlling the advance of data within the ABBANK, increase operational efficiency and impact business outcomes.
- CDO is the Data Integrator, Business Optimizer and Market Innovator
- Data Integrators primarily pursue implementation of a modern, integrated internal data infrastructure, with the latitude to innovate as opportunities arise. A strong data foundation enables agility and creates a defense against digital disruptors.
- Business Optimizers focus primarily on exploiting the established data foundation to make internal and customer-centric business processes as effective and efficient as possible, laying the foundation for cognitive capabilities that can sense and respond to both individual customers and market forces. They also focus on expanding the organization's data ecosystem to include context-rich external data while maintaining the agility needed to spark innovation.
- Market Innovators focus primarily on expanding cognitive capabilities to become digital disruptors. They monetize data through new products, services or experiences - while parsing off non-core data and analytics competencies to ecosystem partners.
1. Functions: Data Governance

- Oversee the execution of data policies and procedures and report to Executives.
- Ensure data ownership independence from individual.
- Leverage data as an operational enabler for business decisions.
- Establish Data Governance Council & executive sponsorship
- Define Office of the CDO functions, org. structure, roles & PSP's
- Develop & implement Data Stewardship process
Mandate:
- Define, consolidate, and standardize the blueprint for data sourcing to a "single point of truth" across the BU functions.
- Standardize definitions and classifications of products, customers and other variables, data replication using appropriate models.
- Confirm Data Reference Architecture (including Big Data)
- Establish Data Modeling process & manage Data Models
- Integrate Data Architecture with Enterprise Architecture
Mandate:
- Develop standards and systems to manage the source, quality, consistency, usability, security, and availability of data.
- Consistent business information model.
- Define standards to continually refine data attributes and Sovicotter manage how data is sourced, collected and stored.
- Profile, map & cleanse critical Data Assets
- Develop Data Quality rules and reporting tools
- Continuously monitor & improve data quality
Mandate:
- Delivery data for reporting needs across the all BU functions.
- Parter with business to create new data and information for analysis.
- Partner with IT to take advantage of leading technologies

- Develop & obtain agreement on Business Glossary
- Implement & integrate technical metadata repository
- Provide data lineage for all types of data (structured, Big Data)

- Support implementation of BI/Advanced Analytics tools
- Assist in development and support predictive modeling & analytics
- Leverage Data Visualization techniques to enhance user experience

- Monitor & improve performance of all infrastructure components

- Building data sources available supports organizations in identifying new business models and revenue streams
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành phù hợp với vị trí ứng tuyển;
- Có tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí Trưởng/Phó phòng trở lên và/ hoặc có tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm Quản lý dự án tại vị trí liên quan trong lĩnh vực Ngân hàng/ Tài chính;
- Có khả năng lãnh đạo tốt cũng như khả năng quản lý nhân sự hiệu quả, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và có khả năng bảo vệ các quyết định chiến lược liên quan đến quản trị dữ liệu;
- Có nền tảng về CNTT với kỹ năng quản lý thông tin và định lượng đã được kiểm chứng;
- Có nhiều kinh nghiệm về các dự án liên quan đến Quản trị dữ liệu, kiến thức chuyên môn về ngành Ngân hàng và các sản phẩm liên quan.
