Description
- Identify products with sales potential and opportunities in the bank's Digital channels
- Prepare a product launch plan identifying a clear sequence of actions aimed at launching the sale of a product in the Digital channel, identifying the necessary changes that need to be made to implement the digital sales process
- Build a Digital channel sales plan for the bank, identifying specific goals and KPI’s and ORK’s to execute
- Working together with the bank's product, business, technology, and operations teams to develop an action plan aimed at increasing the bank's sales in Digital channels
- Building analytical reports, market research (if necessary) for the proposals for the development of Digital sales of the bank
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales growth for products in the bank's digital channels
- Providing methodological support for processes related to product sales at the bank using digital channels
- Coordinating and leading related product initiatives aimed at increasing product sales in digital channels
- In cross-functional teams build a customer journey process, including but not limited to user-flow, user interfaces, product support processes, and internal organization processes to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Collect the feedback, analyzed, prioritize, and divide to the business requirements, put into priority and deliver to customer
Requirement
- Has experience to work in similar positions as sales channel business development, tribe-leader, squad leader more than 3 years
- Has experience to deliver and sale financial products in digital channels and with digital customer service (remote services)
- Has strong methodology "What we what to do? Why we need to do it? What is the next steps?"
- Has experience to work in cross-functional teams following the agile methodology (we are working in sprints and OKR's, with every month DEMO for the whole organization) be ready to keep this way of working
- Be capable to build the direction from scratch, explain and deliver "Why we have to do it on that way?"
- English proficiency at the intermediate level
