[Digital Banking] Manager of Digital Marketing

• Built working funnel in a digital sales channel including organic and paid traffic sources
• Implement digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers
• Planning, implementing and overseeing all digital marketing campaigns
• Cooperate with sales, product, marketing development teams to align objectives
• Growing and developing the in-house digital marketing team and manage 3rd parties involved into the development of center of competence
• Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals
• Manage and implement the project to setup best-in-class Digital Marketing stack
• Contributing to new business development initiatives
• Develop comprehensive action plan how to develop all source of traffic to increase the sales volume from website / landing pages of the bank
• Build and manage comprehensive Digital Marketing reporting to bank-wide level

• University degree or above in Marketing, Banking, Financial domain
• At least 3-5 years of experience in large financial (banks), telecommunication companies 
• Experience in building Digital Marketing direction from scratch
• Experience in leading team and build center of competence to provide resources to cross-functional teams
• Build the framework / operational model
• Structure the things
• High transparency in the communication
• English fluent
