- Create new digital products and services for Retail clients, launch them on the market and provide a full support process for product launche
- Works together with Retail business line and related departments to identify the product or service requirements
- Manage the performance, reliability, speed and stability of the Digital platforms, and collaborate with Technology teams for continuous improvements
- Identify customer journey, operational processes, user-flow to deliver to end customer the best way of usage the product together with UXUI team
- Perform BRD and functional requirements review and provide feedback/sign-off on the requirements
- Review and sign-off the user acceptance test scenarios and test cases for completeness
- Work with the core product team including the partners, external and internal vendors in order to manage the digital feature launches
- Work directly with Product heads, Head of Digital to deeply and systematically delve into all product tasks

- More than 3 years of experience in developing digital banking products and services
- Experience of launching and maintaining products and services for retail clients
- More than 3 years of experience in financial institutions, banks, fintech
- English proficiency at the intermediate level highly recommended
